After a decline in the period following the election of Donald Trump as President, Canadian consumer confidence remains in neutral for the opening of  2025.

Nanos conducted an RDD dual frame (land- and cell-lines) telephone random survey of 1,001 respondents in Canada. This report is based on the four waves of tracking ending January 10, 2025. The margin of error for a random survey of 1,001 Canadians is ±3.1 percentage points, 19 times out of 20. The research was commissioned by the Bloomberg and was conducted by Nanos Research.
