Consumer confidence nears neutral (Bloomberg/Nanos)

With a score just below 50 on the 100 point diffusion scale that makes up the Bloomberg Nanos Canadian Confidence Index –sentiment is sputtering in a neutral position.

Nanos conducted an RDD dual frame (land- and cell-lines) telephone random survey of 1,094 respondents in Canada. This report is based on the four waves of tracking ending March 17, 2023. The margin of error for a random survey of 1,094 Canadians is ±3.0 percentage points, 19 times out of 20. The research was commissioned by the Bloomberg and was conducted by Nanos Research.
