Nine in ten residents of the Niagara region are worried about next generation’s ability to afford a house. (Niagara Association of REALTORS®/Nanos)

The research gauged the opinions among residents of St. Catharines, Niagara Falls and the Niagara region on housing and local issues in the region.

Nanos conducted an RDD dual frame (land- and cell-lines) random telephone survey of 705 resident of the Niagara region, 18 years of age or older, between October 6th and 26th, 2025. The margin of error for this survey is ±3.7 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.
