Canadian consumer confidence remains in positive territory with a score above 50 points in the diffusion index. Residents in both Quebec and British Columbia have higher levels of confidence compared to those in other parts of the country.

Nanos conducted an RDD dual frame (land- and cell-lines) telephone random survey of 1,104 respondents in Canada. This report is based on the four waves of tracking ending June 30, 2023. The margin of error for a random survey of 1,104 Canadians is ±2.9 percentage points, 19 times out of 20. The research was commissioned by the Bloomberg and was conducted by Nanos Research.
