The research gauged the opinions among Albertans on access to primary and acute care, needs of the community as it relates to healthcare and views on virtual and hybrid models of care.

Nanos conducted an online representative survey of 1017 Albertans, 18 years of age or older, between May 9th and 13th, 2025.

No margin of error can be calculated on a non-probability sample. A comparable probability sample of 1,017 Albertans would have margin of error of ±3.1 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.

The statistical tabulations including the unweighted and weighted number of interviews can be accessed here.

The research was commissioned by Teladoc Health Canada and was conducted by Nanos Research.
