Consumer confidence continues to incrementally move towards a neutral score of 50 on the 100 point diffusion scale that makes up the Bloomberg Nanos Canadian Confidence Index.

Nanos conducted an RDD dual frame (land- and cell-lines) telephone random survey of 1,000 respondents in Canada. This report is based on the four waves of tracking ending January 06, 2023. The margin of error for a random survey of 1,000 Canadians is ±3.1 percentage points, 19 times out of 20. The research was commissioned by the Bloomberg and was conducted by Nanos Research.
