Asked which way would be best to increase the Liberal’s chances of winning the next federal election, Canadians most frequently say having someone other than Justin Trudeau lead the party in the next election (39%). This was followed by focusing on more economic issues (25%). One in five believe nothing with increase their chances of winning (20%).
Nanos conducted an RDD dual frame (land- and cell-lines) hybrid telephone and online random survey of 1,114 Canadians, 18 years of age or older, between January 29th to 31st, 2024 as part of an omnibus survey.
The margin of error for this survey is ±2.9 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.
