The research gauged the views of residents in the Woodstock Ingersoll Tillsonburg & Area Association of Realtors® on quality of life, the housing market, municipal taxes, housing and rental affordability, the local economy, development charges and the job done by municipal governments.

Nanos conducted an RDD dual frame (cell- and land-lines) random telephone survey of 524 residents of Woodstock, Ingersoll, Tillsonburg & Area, 18 years of age or older, from August 27 to September 3, 2026.

The margin of error for a random survey of 524 residents of Woodstock, Ingersoll, Tillsonburg & Area is ±4.3 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.

The research was commissioned by the Woodstock Ingersoll Tillsonburg & Area Association of Realtors® and was conducted by Nanos Research.
